Excellent and seamless transaction, but there is room for improvement. Everything is taken care of by Carvana, including the registration of the new car. I wasn’t expecting that the delivery person was going improvement. Everything is taken care of by Carvana, including the registration of the new car. I wasn’t expecting that the delivery person was going to do much more than deliver the vehicle, but I was blown away by how professional and knowledgeable he was The web site and app did not clearly explain the entire process, so I was unaware of some of the great customer service features that would be given. Carvana was a horrible experience!! I have been without a car for years and I finally found one that I really liked and it's been so frustrating the whole time. The day of the delivery I got a txt from the d car for years and I finally found one that I really liked and it's been so frustrating the whole time. The day of the delivery I got a txt from the delivery driver with photos that my new car was damaged when it was being dropped off in Orlando! That's not all either. When he came he mentioned that the tire sensor came on. Didn't feel the need to check the tires and so I did and I found a screw in the tire!!! And now I have to take my new car to the shop and have it fixed for idk how many days and now I am without a car. I can rent a car up to 5 days and then I will get paid back but it's just ridiculous with what I have been through. More

I could not imagine buying a car this way. Before it was deal with dealers and talking so fast I could never get a straight answer. Caravans was so easy and what a pleasant experience. Very friendly associates at Carvana. Was fast and easy.
