Choppy transaction at best and finished with an outright lie. My BMW X5 arrived without floor mats. The driver said he would order them asap. When asked about the process he said they would either be shi lie. My BMW X5 arrived without floor mats. The driver said he would order them asap. When asked about the process he said they would either be shipped or it would be arranged for me to pick up at the local BMW dealership. Mats arrived 3 weeks later, they were $20 generic rubber mats that didn't even fit this vehicle. Wow, you spend 40+K and this is how you are treated. Why tell me that I may be picking up from local dealership, they don't sell garbage generic floor mats there! Very. very blatantly deceptive practice. Following up with Customer service I got the "it is what it is" "too bad, too sad" speach. No comment on the outright lie and no ownership of it either. Seriously, if you are ok with sub par service, deceptive practices and being treated like a sheep in the flock, then definitelty buy from Carvana. If you prefer to be treated like a valued customer then continue to patronize your local car dealer. Not only does your money benefit your local community, but they will always be there for you. More
