Just Meh. I love my car, but the rest of it....the biggenst pro, is I didn't have to deal with car dealership. This was better in that respect. Con, you can't hold a car, and I kept losing the ones I biggenst pro, is I didn't have to deal with car dealership. This was better in that respect. Con, you can't hold a car, and I kept losing the ones I wanted... not having much time to look for a car is why I wanted to buy on line...but I was also trying to figure out exactly what I needed and getting the propper down payment together. After that, it went down hill. The first delivery was rescheduled for a whole week later, then that delivery was 1 1/2 hours late, now in complete darkness. There was an additional (undocumented) and very large flaw (DENT) that I could see as I walked out of my house. There was another undocumented dent we found on the 7th day, it was under the hatch handle and hard to see in the dark. They agreed to the first repair, but we had to bring it to a body shop way out of our way, then wait to see if it was going to be fixed, then bring it back again...it took 10 days over all. Now, a car I thought I would have 5 days after buying it was not availlable to me for 2 1/2 weeks. They never did anything about the other flaw. THEN, the car is not inspected and I never even gave it a thought, but they did not mention to go have it inspected. There was a sticker on the car, and i just never thought about it. Instructions for that would have been nice. The financing had flaws as well, they didn't seem to know too much on that end either. I Like the car and the inventory, and I was able to get what I want and pay what I wanted. I will probably try it again, because of the convenience, but I think the website and buying experience should be updated, More

Easy to shop and buy. Delivered to house. No loose ends. BUT web site and sticker on the car said COLOR: BLACK yet they delivered a red car. Very pleased with service. Car was very clean and sanitized on arrival. Runs great. Especially appreciate the full tank of gas. So appreciative of the 7 day trial as I had to swap out first car, e sanitized on arrival. Runs great. Especially appreciate the full tank of gas.
