The entire process was very simple and understanding. I actually couldn’t believe how easy it was from start to finish. They even register it for you which is really nice. I am a new customer of Carvana. So far, everything on my vehicle was in mint condition, the trade in offer was fair price, and I decided to add a protection plan. Independent Ford Dealership inspected it an vehicle was in mint condition, the trade in offer was fair price, and I decided to add a protection plan. Independent Ford Dealership inspected it and found zero issues, just as the carfax document stated. Seems a fair company. Now- we shall see how repairs are handled with my protection plan. Will update if something goes wrong. Otherwise seems great. More

Would I buy through Carvana again? Yes. It's a much better experience than the traditional dealership, and I like the flexibility provided in making decisions and the detail provided on used vehicles. better experience than the traditional dealership, and I like the flexibility provided in making decisions and the detail provided on used vehicles. Customer service was helpful, as was our delivery driver who went so far as to help setup phones, etc. However, the process wasn't without challenges. Delivery was pushed back five times. The third time we actually saw the vehicle but it arrived with completely flat tires, and the driver said he was asked by management to return the vehicle to have the tires replaced, which would delay delivery at least ten days. It was actually 15. After an initial appointment of 5 day delivery after purchase, it ended up being 21 days. The reason for the last delay was also very unclear, and I couldn't get anyone to tell me why additional work was needed on the car, which made me uneasy. Was it body work? Engine work? No one knew. Creates uncertainty around that 150 point inspection guarantee. Another issue, the online photos of 'hot spots' were grossly inaccurate. Two hotspots were indicated online, but there were at least 4 other large scratches that they attempted to buff out (or crudely painted over) that were only apparent on delivery. The back hatch (minivan) also had large scratches where it looks like a bike rack might have been secured. We still accepted the car (during the 21 days prices on minivans increased a good 10-15%!) and are happy with it, but I haven't decided if I'll go back to Carvana because it was such a great experience or if it'd be because the traditional dealership experience is so awful. More
