Sounds great, but if the goal is for every customer to have an exceptional car-buying experience then, Carvana's processes must be comprehensively reviewed with a focus on continuous process improvement. Everything is time-sensitive regarding customer actions and timing is very important to Carvana's business process and overall success. Yet Carvana's timing in a number of the important areas is less than stellar. For example, why after submitting a copy of my draft check and dealer instructions did I receive email notices 3 1/2 hours later asking me to upload a copy of the draft check? Given my experience with Carvana so far this means one of two things. (1) No one is truly monitoring was is being uploaded by the customer. (2) Carvana underwriting has reviewed what was uploaded and failed to recognize the check from NFC with instructions for the difference between my trade-in which NFC is the lien holder and the car's purchase price to include tax, registration fees, and if applicable delivery fees. The latter is more likely, but either issue could adversely affect my pickup date or cause some inexperienced Carvana rep to claim I missed a deadline and cancel my order. So we will see how it works out if my order makes it to 3 June 2021.
