I have never had such an easy nor dare i say " enjoyable " experience buying a car. The process was straightforward, informative and quick. There were no hassles involved, no begging for a loan even with a " experience buying a car. The process was straightforward, informative and quick. There were no hassles involved, no begging for a loan even with a 727 credit score most dealerships tend to want to make you posture up in the begging position. This was not the case with carvana. My vehicle showed up promptly and in beautiful condition with no surprises other than the free keychains and swag. The driver was friendly, real and knowledgable. As long as carvana exists, it shall be my method of buying cars from this day forward. Thank you carvana! More
Just finished my second deal with Carvana. Not a single problem or hang up on both deals. My tag line these days is “Make it easy on yourself.” The seven day test drive, home delivery, and 100 day warranty problem or hang up on both deals. The experience with Carvana was wonderful. The delivered the vehicle on time, clean & shinning like diamond. The vehicle has a small problem with the CarPlay integration in the iDrive. I scheduled an appointment with the local BMW dealership. The dealership was not an approved vendor but they did accept the SilverRock warranty. The repairs will only cost me $50.00. I would recommend Carvana to anyone for they’re next vehicle purchase. More
Same ole Carvana. I try my best to be fair with Carvana but they make it extremely hard. My second purchase was on its way to being a great experience over my first experience which was just horrible. B but they make it extremely hard. Bottomline Carvana does not do a good job of communicating deadlines with customers before they change your pickup date and in some cases canceling your order. They seem to be in a big hurry, to make their customer wait for actions they are not good at executing consistently. On 18 May 2021, I got a text message stating that my pickup date will need to be changed because of a transportation delay (No Problem). About an hour later while on telecom for work I got call from a Carvana rep with a message stating she needs to speak with me regarding my account. I assumed it was to select a new delivery date. Then I got a text that I had been assigned a new delivery date of 28 May 2021, (No Problem) but then I got another call telling me my order had been canceled because I missed a deadline to upload a copy of my bank draft. When I got off work and was in a position to return these calls I was shocked to find that my order had indeed been canceled and the car released. I uploaded everything requested of me except a copy of the bank draft which was not asked at that point. I had just uploaded proof of insurance the day before (which is also premature in my opinion) My order was canceled prematurely to contact me a 2 pm and cancel the order by 5 pm is ridiculous especially when they can't get the car delivered on time. The fact that I had 6 days remaining before my original selected pickup date of 24 May and 10 days remaining before the new pickup date assigned should have prevented this cancellation. Carvana sometimes following the script is not good for customer service, There was no reason to cancel my order. All I can say, slow down and be more considerate of your customers we are not just sitting by the phone hoping you will call. While after talking to a Carvana Rep I was able to get me the car back I decided to purchase a different car with Carvana that offers free delivery by 3 June but I'm somewhat soured to the Carvana process and after giving them so many chances to add some flexibilities to their process. So I'm not sure if I will complete this purchase or not and have decided to actively look at other options to replace my 2020 Camaro. Very disappointed in Carvana! More
