I truly enjoyed the experience from finding the vehicle that I REALLY wanted to the financing, to the communication, to the delivery of my vehicle. The van (Honda Odyssey) was exactly as shown. The young man who made the delivery was professional but also very friendly and accommodating. He showed me the vehicle, waited while I test drove and then proceeded through the paperwork flawlessly. I had a true 7 day test drive and the miles allowed were generous. Of course I kept the vehicle and I love it! Also with Carvana I was given over 4,000 miles in warranty which was above and beyond my expectations. Oh yes by the way I never had to leave my house from start to finish. No haggling, no walking around a car lot, no salesman talking me into something that I didn't want. It was great beginning to end. I highly recommend Carvana as honest, dependable and most of all easiest car purchase you will ever experience. Thank you Carvana! More

Very easy and good communication throughout. The delivery driver was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My only difficulty was with communication around the driver's license image. For whatever reason, th driver was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My only difficulty was with communication around the driver's license image. For whatever reason, they only accepted an image from a smartphone and not a scanner, and that was only communicated after multiple failed attempts and much frustration. Not sure why they'd accept one image and not another. I love that they offer registration and plate transfer, though I can't comment on those yet as they are still in process. More

In general, this process went really well. I got the car promised, and it looked even better than the pictures. The delivery person was great. It came with the NY tags already installed. All good. But ... the delivery was delayed a couple times, and I had to fill out the paperwork three times. And I had insurance and parking costs in place for a week or so before the car arrived. So, all-in-all, I am pleased but you have to be ready for some "speed bumps" as they call them, and some paperwork. More

This has been the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had!!! I was messing around at 2am looking at Carvana’s website and wanted to see how much my car’s trade in value would be and from there I got ever had!!! I was messing around at 2am looking at Carvana’s website and wanted to see how much my car’s trade in value would be and from there I got approved for financing, turned in all my documents using my phone, and next thing you know I had my 2018 Audi A4 delivered to my house within a few days! I could not be happier with the customer service and the whole ease of the process. The car was in better condition than I expected and I even took it to a mechanic for a multi point inspection just for my peace of mind and they said it was running perfectly!! Jordan who was the Carvana advocate that handled dropping off my Audi and picking up my trade in vehicle was super awesome and super friendly and helpful. I’m a first time Audi owner, never owned a luxury vehicle before so I had a lot of questions. Jordan was knowledgeable about my car and showed me key specs of my car and how to navigate through it. I didn’t feel rushed during that process and I really appreciated his wonderful attitude and professionalism. I have been recommending Carvana to all my family and friends and telling them my experience. Hopefully this helps someone out!! There’s mixed reviews as there is for a lot of thing. I was iffy about buying through Carvana also, I even called a few times making sure everything was good and would tell them that it felt sketchy and too easy too good to be true. Even after reading mixed reviews, I decided to take the leap of faith and I do not regret it at all. I am super in love with my new car and thankful for Carvana for existing. More
