Honestly we had our reservations about buying a car online. But Carvana literally blew us away. The process was so smooth and easy, and the car we bought is so beautiful. Easiest car purchase ever. I called two hours before delivery to cancel the gap insurance. It was done over the phone and didn’t have an effect on the delivery.
