Overall the process was way better than having to waste a day or two at the dealership! The only thing I wasn’t anticipating was the timer count down on uploading documents (I wish that was fore-warned so I day or two at the dealership! It was very easy purchasing a car from Carvana. We searched for the vehicle we wanted, reviewed the photos and specs online and made the decision to purchase. Holy cow, this was by far the easiest and least stressful car purchasing experience I'v ever had (new or used). I even used third party financing through a local credit union and had an existing loan to payo car purchasing experience I'v ever had (new or used). I even used third party financing through a local credit union and had an existing loan to payoff. Even with those two conditions, this process was so easy. I talked to Carvana twice on the phone to sort out paperwork, loan payoff, and loan funding and each time they were so pleasant and friendly. I only had to talk to my local credit union once to get Carvana everything they need. The delivery process is super easy. All the paperwork was ready, the delivery person even removed our existing license plate off of the trade-in and was just genuinely super nice and helpful. The price of the car we got was comparable to what dealerships were negotiating too once you included all the hidden fees dealers try to sneak in. More
