Carvana advocates are very helpful and easy to deal with, especially online which is a huge plus. The delivery / trade in process was also a positive experience. Negatives - I chose a vehicle and scheduled delivery about 14 days after purchase on my own accord. The day of my delivery the local carvana location called and stated they just received the vehicle that morning and needed to put new tires on (the website stated new tires had already been installed). They also stated they needed to re-attach the splash guard under the front end. This resulted in a re-schedule of my delivery. 1 day after delivery the entire splash guard assembly they said they were re-attaching came apart while driving. The claims process was easy through an online advocate. So all in all less than a week of owning the car and already at the mechanic albeat for something fairly minor and covered by the claim. I recommend Carvana because the people are easy to deal with and you don’t have to go to a pressure situation at a dealer. You just have to be mindful that you are still buying from a dealer and also buying a used car. More

I bought an Elantra, but decided I would LIke an Infiniti more. The trade wasn't difficult but there were some frustrating technical difficulties and getting my insurance confirmed was a real headache. It he more. It held up the switch for several days while Carvana figured out what was going on. In the end, I did get the car I wanted. I first bought a Hyundai Elantra, but changed my mind after I drove it, as I wanted something a little more luxurious. The people I dealt with were very accommodating. They were polite and apologetic over the glitches we fought through in order for me to purchase an Infiniti Q50. Swapping out the Elantra was no problem. They extended the 7 day grace period as the paperwork was not ready, and even brought a lovely gift when they came to swap out the cars. I don't think I'll do it again, but it was an interesting experience, and the car I ended up buying, an Infiniti Q50, is outstanding. More
