Absolutely terrible experience! We purchased one car from them with relatively no problem. We attempted to purchase a second car and when they delivered it - they thought that we we We purchased one car from them with relatively no problem. We attempted to purchase a second car and when they delivered it - they thought that we were returning the first car - despite absolutely no indication from us that is what was happening - in fact, we even took out a second loan and they verified the funds available for their requested down payment. At any rate they took the car back. It has been over 10 days and they have yet to return the funds from our loan to our bank. Now they have the car and our money. When we finally spoke to someone - they could not tell us when that money would be returned. We are still in the market for that second car - however now have 2 car loans already - one of which for a car we do not have! I am disgusted with this entire process. It is absolutely absurd that they have the car AND our money. I have no idea how they could think we are returning a vehicle and still take $15,000 from us. Buyer beware - do NOT buy a car from Carvana! More
This car buying process was not as painless as it’s been advertised. The customer service and underwriting team made the process incredibly complicated and stressful, including telling me one thing about wh advertised. They also completely reset my purchase at one point (when I asked them to add my co-buyer onto the documentation when they had assured me the co-buyer was already on the paperwork) and tried to quote me $1000 less for my trade in than what they reported out to my bank. All around messy, stressful, and frustrating. More

Overall I had a very good experience. I would actually give 4 and half stars. I had a few issues during the purchasing and financing process, but costumer service did help work out these I would actually give 4 and half stars. The delivery was a little delayed, but the dealer and delivery driver did reach out to communicate this and why. I would recommend Carvana to others and will probably use them for my next car purchase. More
My car (LEXUS RC 350 FSPORT) is having issues 8 days after purchase. I am opening a claim. Will update (because I DO love the car!)
