I like the process of not having to go back and forth with the sales person. I also like that the way the down payment and monthly payment is already available to see. But on the downside, there was a little confusion with one of your salesman. I was told by one of the pre-approval salesman that I was completely approved and I just needed to add my car insurance. That’s was completely true, because after speaking with someone from your underwriting department, she advised me that I was not approved yet and I have to complete my income verification. I had already gotten my car insurance and if I wouldn’t have gotten approved, I would have had to call my insurance company back and cancel that insurance. But, it all worked out. Niki, from underwriting apologized, for the confusion and explained the process better and assured me that this would be addressed for future customers. So, overall this experience has been pleasant and I will definitely be referring others to buy from Carvana. Matter of fact, I was referred by Kervin Dickerson, family friend. More

Carvana was super easy to use and the delivery personnel was very professional and polite. The communication was great as well. The photos of the vehicle were accurate and it’s great not to have to deal wit was very professional and polite. The communication was great as well. The only thing is you do get what you pay for; so if you’re an extremely picky person and want every detail (scratch/ smell/ etc.) of the vehicle before you buy, then Carvana perhaps isn’t for you. On the bright side, you can return the vehicle within 7 days. All in all, Carvana was great and would definitely use again. More

This has been the worst I've ever been through. I made the purchase on February 27. When I picked up that day the vehicle wasn't prepared, have all sorts of pictures of that. Radio half way work I made the purchase on February 27. When I picked up that day the vehicle wasn't prepared, have all sorts of pictures of that. Radio half way works, not a big deal can get an upgrade. Tires are more than 75% done, will get those soon. Brakes and rotors are shot, can upgrade myself. The biggest issue is plates and registration. After waiting 2 months finally get the update that everything was done and on the way, perfect had to buy another temp tag between no biggie. 10 working days go by and nothing. Go to check at DMV cause my temp is expired again, they tell me Jeep is already issued plates but not in my name and different city, 3hrs away. Wait for 30mins on phone to tell Carvana they screwed up. They tell me they will check into it and have someone call back. We get told everything has been fixed. Again go to DMV, still showing in another person's name. Get paperwork sent to us this time to help fix the problem. Again a 3rd time still not fixed, and now showing up in a different state! Someone needs to lose their job not to mention reimburse me for all my missed days or work and the temp tags! This is also going to BBB and whoever else has these types of reviews! More
I have purchased vehicles from Carvana in the past and both experiences were fantastic which led me to using them again. This time my overall experience was not the same, it appears they are seeking to create efficiencies through automation which leads to significant frustration. My initial delivery date was cancelled even after numerous assurances it would be no issue but that was not the case. When I did eventually get a human, the service was great. I was a bit disappointed at delivery though as the vehicle had more imperfections than I was tracking from the pictures. The representative could not speak to any of those items and said someone would be in contact. Nobody ever was. So, I'll just go somewhere else next time. More
