On delivery driver side damage was found. Carvana 3rd Party Insurance was great in getting the vehicle repaired but I only was able to drive the vehicle 2 days of the 7 days given to return t Carvana 3rd Party Insurance was great in getting the vehicle repaired but I only was able to drive the vehicle 2 days of the 7 days given to return the vehicle. The Jeep I purchased is now a mechanics shop receiving brakes, wheel bearing and ball joints. How this car passed inspection is puzzling. I’ve driven the vehicle less than 200 miles and now I’m stuck with the vehicle and spending hundreds of dollars now and wondering how much more this car is going to cost me as more problems become visible. We love our Jeep and we definitely loved the ease of buying and selling through Carvana! Our dealer Mikaela was great! This is the second car we've purchased from her at this location. She made the process quick and easy. If we had a question or concern, she texted us right back and was able to give us an answer. The first car we purchased was great, no issues at all. This second car is great as well, but we do have a couple of issues. It is at the shop right now with a claim open and being diagnosed.
