Some very hollow excuses for this service. Not only did you not do any type of vehicle inspection but you still haven't solved my registration and plates issue that's been going on for 4 months! Your so called customer service always gives me the same answers which is we'll have someone contact you or everything has been worked out which as of today has not. And I wish I would've checked the BBB and seen all these others having issues.
