It created an unacceptable amount of stress when Carvana could not locate it. We found that it was necessary to have to explain the situation over and over again from scratch every time with a different Carvana advocate because they assumed it was our first contact with them and wouldn’t listen. With that being said a regular dealership I find might not be as bad and possibly be preferable because at least it would be more personal and they would recognize immediately where we were in the process. We ended up having to stop payment on the original check and have the bank cut another check on the very day the extended deadline was to expire again and rush to the appointment. This is not progress. It was a stress inducing HUGE inconvenience. We were over it and about to forget the whole thing. More
Truck was not as described, there was several previous repairs done on the truck. Imperfections that were noted, were not a big deal, the passenger quarter panel needed to be replaced, instead an in exper repairs done on the truck. There is over spray from front bumper to rear bumper, tape still left on the truck from the repair, but also said it had a clean carfax. The truck was not detailed, not even a little bit. The truck buying process went smoothe but it caught up to me on the end. I called and left several messages w Carvana, they in turn sent me to silver rock, which did not help me at all, Alex a female on the phone just decided to hang up on me before I could get 2 words out. Out of all of this I have 40 k in debt to a truck that runs great so far ( a week in) but not as described , the interior is black and has solid white halo stains. Worst business I’ve dealt with to date . 👎🏽. More
The first day my car was delivered the check engine light came on with a cylinder 3 misfire. On delivery driver side damage was found. The Jeep I purchased is now a mechanics shop receiving brakes, wheel bearing and ball joints. How this car passed inspection is puzzling. I’ve driven the vehicle less than 200 miles and now I’m stuck with the vehicle and spending hundreds of dollars now and wondering how much more this car is going to cost me as more problems become visible. More

We love our Jeep and we definitely loved the ease of buying and selling through Carvana!
