I would suggest you check the vehicle throughly upon delivery, especially the trunk. DON'T worry about the driver waiting. There were a number of issues with my vehicle that weren't advertised on the site. Otherwise the vehicle is very good, runs excellent and overall is in like new condition. Just watch out for unadvertised broken and missing items. More

Carvana is the easiest way to buy a car. I couldn't believe how simple and fast it was to make the purchase. I have been working for Carvana for 2 months now as a Transport driver at the Pomona Ca. facility. I have been a auto transport driver for almost 30 years and driving for Carvana is the best job I have ever had. I wake up in the morning proud to go to work. I will never recommend carvana to anyone ever. Now, after replacing 3800 dollars of mechanics within the first 100 day warranty, our engine blew up. 150 point inspection my xxx. Their only answer, should have had the car checked out within the first 100 days! So now I have a useless vehicle, still under a 10000 loan, and with , zero integrity on fixing the issue. Only had the car for 5 months, no way the engine should have blown up with a "150 point inspection". Eat a dick carvana More

This place is a joke. I bought a car on May 15th, 2021. It was supposed to be delivered on May 20th, 2021. Carvana texted me and said they were going to miss the delivery of the car because they locked the It was supposed to be delivered on May 20th, 2021. Fine not what I wanted but fine things happen. One of the guys I talked to on the phone said the car was in my state at the local distribution center. Awesome! Can't wait to get it Saturday! They texted me Friday night and said they would miss the appointment again. xxx! I called them and asked what was going on. The car was delayed because it didn't make the transport truck. Wait, it didn't make the transport truck? It's in my state, why does it need a transport truck? Well, come to find out I was lied to. So now I am given a delivery date of May 27th. Fine. Whatever. I've lost all hope of getting this car by now anyhow. Don't worry Carvana made it right by giving me a whole 25 dollars a day for each day 25 WHOLE DOLLARS!!! Imagine my excitement for them being so generous and giving me 25 dollars a day! Okay, so the car actually made it here, awesome. Taillights are messed up delivery driver tells me not to worry about it they can fix it for me. They didn't know what caused it, but they will get me taken care of through the insurance company they use for stuff like this. So I reach out to them to get a location to use to get the tail lights fixed. They sent me to Midas... I need a body shop, not a brake job. Fine, no big deal, so I called the insurance company and told them I needed a body shop that will work on a Tesla because not all body shops will. They sent me two body shops, I called both, both refused to work on the car because they don't work on Teslas. So I found an autobody shop on my own that will deal with the insurance company Carvana uses. I took it in today to have them look at it and get the tail lights fixed. The more the body guys looked at the car the more they found wrong with it. I'm not talking about the few issues with the paint that were listed. No, I'm talking about the damage that had been poorly repaired to the tune of $16,780 (No I'm not kidding). It's my assumption that's what caused the delay. I am pretty sure Carvana wrecked the car on the transport truck and tried to fix it... poorly. And that would explain why none of this was listed on the Carfax report. I guess they don't look for body damage in the 150 point inspection even though they say "We put each vehicle through a 150-point inspection so that you can be 100% confident in the quality and safety of your vehicle. This inspection includes everything from tread depth of tires to thickness of brake pads to exterior paint quality" on the website. They also say the car will be dropped off clean and waxed and so on. My car came covered in bird poop, so I had to go get it washed right away. Good thing that 25 dollars a day are coming! But wait, you're not happy with the car you can send it back, you haven't had it for 7 days! Well, I was only given 6 days because they don't make it clear drop-off day counts as a day towards the 7 days. Oh and they charge a dollar a mile for every mile over 400 miles, I agree with this stance. However, I do not agree with the paperwork when it was dropped off that says "Odometer Delivery 0" If you were given the option of buying a car from Carvana or getting electroshock treatment, I would recommend the highest dose of electroshock treatment possible because you have to be crazy to think this is a good idea. I do have a positive about Carvana, just 1. I called to explain that the car had a lot of hidden body damage and I was not happy with what I found at all and Kyle got me taken care of straight away. He worked with the leadership team and got my return window extended, and added an extra 200 miles to my car since I had gone over the 400. The car has since been returned to them with 0 hassle. This also helps me confirm they wrecked the car and tried to hide it. Kyle was the only customer service rep I talked to that actually cared. He instantly went into action and started getting things moving, the others just hung up on me every 12 minutes and blamed it on working from home. The moral of the story, sell, don't buy. More

My 7 days were up yesterday (Monday), the car is great so far. We like it very much! Customer Service did work with me, however I feel there are too many different people in too many different places; they a far. We like it very much! We got things done, but not always easy for old folks with limited technology skills. Luckily my daughter helped me when I needed it. Overall a good, different experience, but not easy at times. Maybe by working closer with my financial people with me in the middle would help the process better. More
