Arrived on time, had to wait outside in heat while the current customer was being serviced. Had to ask to be let inside as it was so hot outside. Was put into a little conference room for 30+ minutes. current customer was being serviced. Had to ask to be let inside as it was so hot outside. Was put into a little conference room for 30+ minutes. My appointment was at 9:20a and it was 9:50 by the time the service person came to tell us they we ready to sign my paperwork. The truck was not in the tower and I was not told until I arrived. It was in a bay. big let down, i should have had it delivered instead. Once it was my turn, the experience was fast and efficient. Was not offered a test drive, just given the keys and sent on my way. I did not get the souvenir coin and had to text the salesperson to have them sent. There are no floor mats in the truck and i was told they would be ordered and sent. I have yet to hear any word on them. Overall, the experience online was superior to any dealership I have ever visited or purchased a vehicle!! The deliver was sub-par at best. One of the longest most pain in the xxx services. It took 3 weeks to do something that take 3 hours in a dealer. I also have issues still to deal with. This is my first time buying myself a car and with carvana it was a great experience. My child and I love our car it’s great I thought It would be a hassle and complicated but it wasn’t it was easy ho carvana it was a great experience. My child and I love our car it’s great I thought It would be a hassle and complicated but it wasn’t it was easy how they can message you if they need more documents you wouldn’t have to be in a dealership and that usually would take up your whole day but with carvana it was fast and easy and when picking up the car all the employees were nice so overall great experience More

I will never buy a truck any other way! Carvana was easy to work with, they made the process simple and I had my truck in a week. I traded in my old car and it was fantastic. Very pleased with our experience with Carvana, every person I spoke with was very helpful and nice! My first car my wife and I chose ended up being in worse shape then what the site had said.
