Initially, I thought this process was super easy because I literally purchased a car while lying in bed and it took just a few minutes. I was a bit disappointed when I learned that my car was going to be de I literally purchased a car while lying in bed and it took just a few minutes. I was a bit disappointed when I learned that my car was going to be delivered in a week and a half, rather than two days as it is promoted on Carvana’s website. Then, I was further disappointed when I took the delivery day off work to ensure that I was home in time, but received a call two hours before my appointment letting me know that it was being postponed another week. Apparently, my car was being smogged at that moment (waiting two hours before delivery seems quite unprofessional) and the check engine light came on. They had to check it, which I understand, but it shouldn’t take an additional week to do so. They claimed that I would be notified if it was ready sooner, but that didn’t happen. I called every day to check on the status and was told three days before my new delivery time that my car had been shipped out of state to the dealership to be worked on. I was not happy, as shipping it out of state made absolutely no sense to me. I would have given one star, however, the delivery person, Alyssa, was awesome. So the extra star is for her. She was prompt, thorough, and helpful. I would give her 5 stars on her own, but the rest of the experience was awful. In fact, I found out from her that my car was not shipped out of state and the other representative I spoke with was misinformed. I was given the 7-day money back guarantee, and ironically, the check engine light came on again on day 8. So now, I have to take the car into the shop. Overall, I will not purchase another car from Carvana, since I waited two and a half weeks to receive it and wasn’t provided accurate information by the reps. I would rather deal with pushy salesmen and go home with a vehicle the same day. More
Hello: I just wanted to let you know that I am a fan of Carvana and like your service. I just had the second vehicle I bought from you delivered on Wednesday. I bought my 2016 Dodge Challenger from Carva Carvana and like your service. I just had the second vehicle I bought from you delivered on Wednesday. I bought my 2016 Dodge Challenger from Carvana in early Fall 2019 and am very happy with the car. Prior to delivery Carvana replaced two of the tires. When I brought the car for state inspection it was discovered that the tires not replaced were dry-rotted. Carvana made it right and replaced those tires at no cost to me. The 2019 Ram I just purchased was supposed to have been delivered the morning of Saturday, May 29th. About an hour before the scheduled delivery it was discovered that there was a noise coming from the rear brakes. The delivery was delayed while the local dealership replaced the truck’s rear rotors. Again, Carvana corrected the problem. The reason for this note is that one of your selling points is your 150 point inspection prior to delivery. Although I am very happy with the vehicles I purchased from you, I was just wondering why some issues had been overlooked prior to the sale. I was surprised how easy it was to buy a car through Carvana. I filled out everything from my phone, interacted via text, and received the car on the scheduled delivery date. I called the advocate line and was granted the time I needed. Every step of the way, Carvana was easy to reach and responded right away. So far, so good! More

Frustrating experience. Car was delayed a week. Car arrived with several cosmetic issues not disclosed on website. Had to be taken in to be repaired, now leaving me without use of the car even longer. arrived with several cosmetic issues not disclosed on website. I have to go in for notary and rent a car, overall the online experience was much more work than purchasing from a dealership. Customer service and all employees were helpful but experience was not streamlined as advertised. More

I was skeptical at first and thought the vehicles would be marked up significantly due to receiving a tailored buying experience, however Carvana’s vehicles are priced very competitive to the market and I really couldn’t find any markup compared to similar cars at a traditional dealership. Definitely a big fan of Carvana now and recommending them to all my family & friends for their next vehicle purchase. Thanks! More
