I would rate them higher, except for the way funding was handled which ultimately delayed the delivery of my car. We were doing the automatic withdrawal from our checking account which they stated would take approximately 3 days. These 3 days came and went and they still said they did not have the money. Our bank said the payment went the next day. It took an extra phone call a week later to press them to check that the funding was available. Because of this they did not ship my car on time. The person I spoke to said that sometimes they just drag their feet on processing payments. They did recommend us going directly to our bank to complete a wire transfer, but our bank was by appointment only during COVID and an hour away. In the meantime, my money is is limbo and I didn't get my car on time forcing me to take a day off of work. Then on the rescheduled delivery they were unable to delivery my car because they did not have the proper equipment. Instead, they had me Uber (they paid) to their facility 1.5 hours away. For this, they did give me an extra 100 miles for the 7 day return. The car was clean and in good shape. The staff at the pick up facility was nice, accommodating and helpful which is better than most "regular" car dealers, no upsell. More
I will NEVER go to a dealer again !! After being lowballed on my trade by the dealer, ($2,000 less than the low end ), Carvana offered me what KBB said it should be worth. Paperwork was a snap. Car buying process was simple and great. Downfall was that the car had nothing but issues and I spent my “7 day guarantee” missing work and bringing the car to different shops to get fixed. So we got the car and have had nothing but issues.. very very bad experience from the very beginning. We ordered a car and it was delayed right before our vacation. So we did get the car the day of but the ride was horrible it was uncomfortable but we had no choice but to take the car because the trip was that day.. then we get to Tennessee and get the other car we were trading to and it was not at all as advertised… the car had dents and dings and a big chunk missing in the front where a truck driver or something hit it after the pictures.. then we were told it’d be fixed ASAP.. only that’s not the case because we have to schedule all the repairs ourself and wait for them to be approved.. so now I’m missing work for something I was not informed of.. then as the days go on we notice more and more issues like the steering out of whack but not just a alignment but a actual wheel hop when turning.. and the radio sometimes won’t work and the sunroof not working and the check engine light on… now you do have a 100 day warranty but I mean come on who has time when buying a new car to schedule all of this and have to miss work and it’s far from simple… we have been trying to trade this car in because to much has happened but no one ever messaged us back and when they do it takes forever.. the process was far from simple and the insurance is far from simple.. and the othe issue is apparently the car I have doesn’t qualify for carvana care but yet every other model of the same car and the same year does?? Hmm oh and one final thought they say that the cars are accident free but that’s not true because this car was involved in a accident but just not reported to carfax.. all in all horrible experience More

When I raised these issues with Carvana support, I was told they would submit cases and make amends for their mistakes, but I never heard back from anyone. Also, make sure you have the car inspected by a professional. Our mechanic found some undisclosed damage/repair work. It was minor enough that we let it go, but something Carvana should have noted. Struggled to talk to a customer service agent that would help me purchase a vehicle. It took me 3, 30-40min phone calls to finally talk to someone helpful. The time frames in which Carvana wants info from the customer are unrealistic, but when you call they are not afraid to put you on hold for 15-20 min. Not feasible for people who work during the day. Most people can’t take a 40 min phone call at work. More

Terrible place with a terrible finance company! “Bridgetcrest” loves to give you a 20+ APR they are never on the same page. I call daily for them to come pick up their car they won’t. I returned the car after 2 days because it’s to small. This is a horrible company. Also be aware of the trick! They hurry and rush the loan on your credit so you can’t shop anywhere else.
