I truly believe that this car was NOT thoroughly inspected in your “comprehensive 150 point inspection” as these issues would have 100% been discovered. Such a shame. Here I am 13 days after the car was delivered and I STILL haven’t been able to enjoy the car, as it’s been in and out of the shop.

This response isn't very helpful. It's pretty much canned text. What's the point in instructing me to call with questions/concerns when I've gone this route before and Carvana doesn't follow through on anything? Every time I call, it's at least a 10 minute wait on hold. When I do reach someone from customer service, they're not able to do anything but submit cases, which apparently just fall into some black hole.
