I have always been very apprehensive with car dealerships and car sales men in general. I dislike the haggling, the back and forward that takes place in trying too agree on the best price/deal for the vehicl and car sales men in general. That is why I decide to give Carvana a try, and let me tell you I am not disappointed that I did. The whole process was very simple, from the signing of the contract, to the delivery of the vehicle. The car buying process was very easy compared to going to a dealership. I signed my contract immediately and verified my funds available the same evening. The part I did not like was the car delivery. S a dealership. I signed my contract immediately and verified my funds available the same evening. The part I did not like was the car delivery. Since I was out of the delivery zone my car had to be delivered by a 3rd party. It took several days to even identify a carrier. When the car was delivered there were cars parked in my street. These were not my cars and the delivery driver wanted me to go ask my neighbors to have their car moved even though I had no idea who’s car it was. The least satisfying part about my purchase was that there was a 7 year old battery in the vehicle that needs to be replaced. The delivery driver had to jump start the car and told me “the battery is no good”. I just paid $20,000+ to buy a car from you and you can’t even provide a functional battery? I was very disappointed with that and it really ruined my overall experience. More

I am leaving a review for the Las Vegas staff - they were amazing and helped me get my vehicle before the scheduled date so we could drive it back to Washington state!
