I am clearly past the 100 days, what with a pandemic and all I wasn’t driving a lot but your 150 point inspection is quite obviously either a lie or a joke. If it doesn’t cover the brakes or the exhaust or the parking brake or the catalytic converter or the struts (which also need replaced now) or the wheel bearings (which also need replaced now) or the engine ( which uses a quart of oil every 500 miles or so, or any of the other things I’ve had done then what exactly are the 150 things you’re inspecting? Also the 800 # you just provided doesn’t work.

I was told we would be getting $350 for the delay instead of the $250 but that has not happened.I have not reached out to anyone because calling Carvana is not the easiest task Its exhausting have to repeat the story to a different person everytime you call. Im hoping this email might help.
