I bought a Subaru Impreza Sport just before the pandemic from Carvana. I should have realised their inspection process was a joke when they couldn’t load the car because of a faulty emergency brake, but the from Carvana. I should have realised their inspection process was a joke when they couldn’t load the car because of a faulty emergency brake, but they kept working to make it right & when it finally arrived it was a nice looking car and seemed to run well. In two years and about 5,000 miles I have replaced the manifold, the muffler, the catalytic converter, the brakes including shoes, rotors and callipers, and now it’s back in the shop again today. Do not buy a car from Carvana! This is the most expensive car I’ve ever owned! I’ve spent almost as much repairing the car as I spent buying the car, and I’ve driven it very little and very gently. I should probably sell this car and get out from under the repair bills but I can’t bring myself to rip someone else off the way I was ripped off. More
We purchased a car and received it after 2 delays and a lot of frustration and a lot of work by a guy named Tyler. If it wasnt for Tyler we would have cancelled. We were told we would receive $25 a day for lot of frustration and a lot of work by a guy named Tyler. If it wasnt for Tyler we would have cancelled. Everything went well, was super, super easy, and was truly a one stop shop for everything. Love the 7 day trial period too. I don't think I will ever buy another Auto the old fashion way. Everything was smooth, and I couldn't give them 5☆ for 1 reason. The ad said the car had SiriusXM radio but when I went to transfer my s fashion way. Everything was smooth, and I couldn't give them 5☆ for 1 reason. The ad said the car had SiriusXM radio but when I went to transfer my service I found out it did not which was a bummer. That was the only issue I ran into. Recommendation; wish we could do a live walk thru for 5 or 10min to cover the Auto features to prevent this issue from happening. More
