Found the exact vehicle I was looking for with the exact features, color, additions, low miles, etc. They gave me a very fair trade in on my current vehicle as well. Most painless car buying and trade in we have ever done! I decided the day of delivery to add some cash down on the new vehicle. This situation went sideways quickly using chat. Everything got messed up! Wrong cash down amount, no trade in listed and wrong amount for the loan! I was able to call and reach someone at Carvana. Boy did she have some magic up her sleeve! She went above and beyond! She fixed all the numbers to exactly what I asked for, added the trade in back, and still got the vehicle delivered that day! In the end, Carvana gave me everything I asked for without argument, extra stress (except what I added myself by changing the deal the same day as delivery), and coming exactly when they said they would. They was no 3-6 hours spent at a car dealer playing poker face to get what I wanted. What a relief! More

One of the worst business models I've encountered. Customer support reps can not help answer any questions (even after holding for hours) 8 months in and I still have not received my license plates/ Customer support reps can not help answer any questions (even after holding for hours) 8 months in and I still have not received my license plates/registration. They lost all my paperwork (with personal information on it) and continually told me I was missing documents which they had on file (finally confirmed after over 20 hours on hold) Do not waste your time with this company, support your local dealer. I will be telling my employer to no longer advertise this business to our 10k employees. More

Carvana could not have made this process any easier - put my vehicle information in ‘just for fun’ and then offer they gave me was too good to pass up. I am not wasting any more of my time at a dealership wi my vehicle information in ‘just for fun’ and then offer they gave me was too good to pass up. My carvana advocate that dropped off my new car was amazing, they loved their job and they were so happy to be dropping off my new car. Although we hit a little bump in the road with a misspelling of my name in the paperwork, I was still able to trade in my car and have my new one delivered that day. Can’t stop raving about how easy this process was! More
I was satisfied with the delivery lady. She was professional. I am disappointed in the car. After driving a week, I noticed the headlight aim was off. Driver's side headlamp was facing across th professional. I am disappointed in the car. After driving a week, I noticed the headlight aim was off. Driver's side headlamp was facing across the opposing traffic lane. Both front (P & D) marker lamps were burned out. The entire bumper and both headlight assembly units had to be removed, to replace the bulbs and upon inspecting the driver's side headlamp, the headlamp was found to have been improperly mounted. I corrected it, but the process of fixing the bulbs and breaking down the bumper and reattaching took the better part of a day. I attempted to clean my windshield only to have the passenger side wiper blade fall off. I snapped it back on. The car had no wiper fluid. I put a gallon in. The battery had a large amount of corrosion on it and appears slightly swollen. I imagine it's life span is almost up. The oil sensors on top of the engine appear to be leaking a small amount of oil. I took it upon myself to do some of this work, because I called Carvanas recommended mechanic. When explaining to him what I had found, he commented That sounds like a job for the maker). If he doesn't have confidence in their work, why should I. The car had more dings and paint touch ups then catvana or car fax showed as the bumper had totally been repainted with overspray. Not sure if I will do carvana in the future. I question the 150 point inspection, due to the headlamp aim side marker lamps, windshield wiper blade and battery corrosion. No way the car should have passed until all of that was fixed. More
