Pros: The Tacoma was in better shape than they advertised. While I could never see the light scratches they mention on the photos I assumed they were there. Then there was another almost 2-hour wait for them to get the car ready for me to leave. Mind you, this was all after I had made the "deal" the day before and they were supposed to have the car and paperwork ready when I showed up. Carvana on the other hand did everything before the delivery and the actual transfer took about 17 minutes. CON: They pushed my original delivery day almost a week. More
