I've bought two vehicles now through Carvana. They make the process easy and their customer service is wonderful. Only issues I had this time around was that the car I bought must have sat a long time and the process easy and their customer service is wonderful. Only issues I had this time around was that the car I bought must have sat a long time and built rust up on the brake rotors causing feedback in the steering wheel. However, it went away after I out some miles on and the rust wore off. Also, they don't do a great detail job before delivery. I had dried up cleaning spray all over the steering wheel and doors of the car which I had to spend time cleaning off myself. They also don't always point out all the chips, scratches, imperfections on their site either. All together though I am satisfied and will probably use them again. More
There were to many Carvana Representatives handling one car sale which lead to confusion on the financing transaction. I suggest (1) Representative per car sale from beginning to end less confusion. Quick, safe, and friendly service once again on the second car we have purchased with the local Carvana dealer. Recommend and would do it again. Only silly issue is no Carvana care package - my wife second car we have purchased with the local Carvana dealer. Recommend and would do it again. In May, 2021, I began to deal with Carvana for another car. This would prove to be the transaction from xxxx. All through this transaction a delivery date of June 6 was agreed upon. Thinking we would h car. This would prove to be the transaction from xxxx. All through this transaction a delivery date of June 6 was agreed upon. Thinking we would have the new car we made plans to leave on vacation on June 8. However, on June 5 I was told that the car would not delivered until June 9, the day after we were supposed to leave. I told the advocate from the on-line dealer about our plans. My words fell on deaf ears; the car was being delivered on June 9. TO xxxx WITH THE CUSTOMER!! I changed our vacation plans to accommodate the delivery. Once the car was delivered I thought I was finished working with Carvana. Wrong! Three days after the car had been delivered I was told they could not process the down payment check that had been sent from my bank. Amid the harassment of both in text messages (6) and e-mails (7), I looked into this. BTW, some of the e-mails I received made no sense at all and indicated that the senders had no idea what the issue was. The check for the down payment had been received on June 8, but for some reason, they were trying to access my bank account to get the down payment. This is typical of this on-line dealer; some of the people have no idea what the other people are doing and everyone is going in a different direction. By now I’d had it with Carvana for several reasons. One, communication with the representatives is extremely difficult. 30 minute waits are not uncommon, getting cut-off is routine and they have a call-back feature, except they never call back. Two, every time you do talk to someone, it’s a different person. In an attempt to provide some continuity, they record notes of your communication, but again this is futile and you usually have to go through the whole process that leads to your problem and hope that they understand. The concept of the on-line dealer is good but Carvana has grown too fast and the customers are suffering for it. I hope for other customer’s sake that the dealer improves the methods of doing business because now it is just a very stressful Chinese fire drill. More
Simple and easy work flow from start to finish. I've sold new autos at dealerships and this is the way it should be. No back and forth, take-it-to-the-manager, five hours to close a deal nonsense. The buying experience was fine. We specifically chose to go to a vending machine for pickup but when we arrived we were informed that the truck was too large to fit. Seems like something that we could have go to a vending machine for pickup but when we arrived we were informed that the truck was too large to fit. Seems like something that we could have been told ahead of time since delivery to my home would have also been free. The truck was also not properly advertised; it doesn't have bluetooth or power seats. The purchase was otherwise hassle free. The sales associate was unfazed by the incorrect advertising and simply asked if I didn't want the truck any longer. I chose to complete the purchase and have been happy with that decision. More

We have purchased a total of four vehicles from Carvana. Overall, we are pleased with the process and the vehicles themselves, but communication with the staff and between the staff is terrible.
