Now that I have the car, I can tell others that I would do it again, however during the experience I became very frustrated. At first I felt a huge rush to get everything that they needed to get the car t do it again, however during the experience I became very frustrated. At first I felt a huge rush to get everything that they needed to get the car to me with the date set being less than a week. Then, I started receiving text/email messages stating, "Your car will be there in three then two then one more day." Until the day it was supposed to be here and then I got an email/text, "We hit a bump in the road." We hit this bump not once but twice. My trust in the company dissipated. I made a phone call trying to decide to keep this going or purchase locally. The person I spoke to was great and told me the truth. The car never left its original location. He said that the issue had been escalated to another level of management, and he felt confident that the car would make the next delivery date which was approximately ten days later. Once the car arrived, I can now say that I would buy from Carvana again and have recommended it to friends. The experience of making the selection was so much better than being in a dealership where they tend to play games with you to add on additional fees. The people that I spoke with at Carvana were understanding and friendly. The price I received at Carvana was by far the best price of any other dealer within 60 miles of my home. More
