Not the experience Carvana advertises. My order for a 2016 Ford Escape was delayed 3 times for a total of 17 days. First it was a dead battery that was going to take a week to replace (?!). Then they discovered "new" paint defects bad enough that they were going to send the car to have the hood repainted. I had to cancel the sale and buy elsewhere, which blew up my plan to give the car to my nephew as a graduation gift. More
They have a good business model, but my request to add my spouse to the paperwork was repeatedly missed. Now its been impossible to get this done so I am giving up. Pleasant process...did not have to deal with, "Let me ask my manager" or look at a stupid "4 square"...or listen to the typical drivel about problems with my trade in.
