I have purchased several vehicles from Carvanna and every experience has been good. I like the 7 day return policy, and the no dealership hassle. So I bought a Passat and was on vacation with my family all lights came on in dash and lost power several times. I called Caravan and the problem wasn't fixed I've only owned the car for 28 days the Fact t all lights came on in dash and lost power several times. I called Caravan and the problem wasn't fixed I've only owned the car for 28 days the Fact that the car shouldn't be acting up. And Caravan response was a I don't give a cap attitude. Seems like Caravan is about selling that customer or fixing problems. Caravan is a terrible company company will direct customers to Silver Rock and they're a joke nothing get done or fixed I don't recommend this dealer. I will be in touch will News Channel 3 and will exposethis corrupt dealer. More
