Most frustrating car buying experience of my life. Sat on holdc2.5 hours on a Saturday night to get disconnected. Technical difficulties made the experience horrible. All documents were lost I had to start over. Only 2 employees on phone were helpful Shelly and Andrew. I never wanted to go to a car dealership so bad in my life that's how frustrating Carvana was. They have the car I want but I almost hate the car now because what I went through was not worth it. More

I retired after 22 years in the car business and was surprised I went this route frankly but overall it was a very good experience. The car was priced fairly and there were no surprises on delivery, the vehicle matched it's online description. The car was given a cursory cleaning at best. Outside fantastic, inside obvious surfaces very good. Coins and crumbs in all the storage areas and don't get me started on the things I've found underneath the seats. I spent 150.00 having the car professionally detailed today, something I shouldn't have had to do. I'd give the whole experience 5 stars if the car had shown up anywhere near truly clean and ready for delivery. Registration process proving a little bulky and much more challenging than it would have been had I purchased the vehicle from a traditional dealer. They're going to owe me money for plates I transferred, we'll see if that works out.....and at present I'm waiting for a FedEx to arrive so that I can overnight my E test to them. Not the most seamless process if you are transferring plates or an emissions test is required for your vehicle. Overall experience a 5. I was pleasantly surprised frankly how easy it was to pick out, purchase and finance a vehicle online. Cleanliness of the vehicle was a 1, after 20 plus years in the business I know what a clean car looks like. Registration a 3. If you don't need an E test or you're not moving plates this probably a great experience. I do and it could be better. I'd do it again, the experience has been really positive. More

We were trying to buy a 50k vehicle from Carvana Infinity QX80. And we had 4days of financing emails back and forth. And then we get a email saying they put it back on the market now being sold to someone el QX80. And we had 4days of financing emails back and forth. And then we get a email saying they put it back on the market now being sold to someone else. We had the paperwork and the new bank working but still they sold it to someone else. At first, I would say that I did have my doubts with going with a online website to buy a car. I checked out many different cars in your inventory and found a number of them that would suit me. Carvana was very helpful and still is working with me and answering any and all questions that I have. They made it super easy to purchase and finance a vehicle and processing all the paperwork that was needed. Had a little trouble with scheduling the delivery date (due to my work hours), however, Carvana was able to schedule a date and time which worked for both of us. I would recomend anyone needing a good used vechile, to check them out...It seems like a great company to me. Hats off to all the hard working employees of Carvana. More

I had problems from beginning to end... from computer glitches, to delayed arrivals, to changing delivery times. while everyone at carvana was friendly and helpful, i estimate i spent 9 hours on the ph glitches, to delayed arrivals, to changing delivery times. while everyone at carvana was friendly and helpful, i estimate i spent 9 hours on the phone or computer to purchase this vehicle not including researching the car. within the last four months i had purchased a vehicle form a local dealership and that was a much smoother and easier car buying experience. although the vehicle seems to be a good car, the price was average but the purchase process was poor. i cannot recommend carvana to others unless they need to purchase a long distance vehicle. More

I decided to try this not knowing much about it and was quite nervous. The trade in value and car prices were very fair and in line with other sources.
