I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because each car I received had an issue that should've been discovered in the 150 point inspection that they claim is done. First car AC barely works, second car oil leak and finally the third one which I imagine came from this dealership no AC whatsoever, USB not working and a water leak on the front passenger side floorboard. As I type this that car is at the dealership getting the repairs done. Glad that they're going to cover it but not happy that it's in the shop and I haven't even driven it for two weeks. More
Horrible experience. They were supposed to have my vehicle ready to buy at a certain date. I needed it ready to take on vacation. Right before this date, they notified me it would not be ready. Instead of making it right, I was forced to rent a vehicle for vacation, which cost me over $1,000! Then, they continuously would give another date when it was supposed to be ready. This happened approximately 6 times over the course of about two months. I had to take time off work and hire a baby sitter each time this happened. On the final day it was supposed to be ready for pickup, with them knowing I had a three hour drive, they notified me one hour prior to pickup that the vehicle was again delayed. I called and went round and round with them. They said the best they could do was offer me a $700 rebate (if I ever got the vehicle) OR offer me $500 off the sticker price of any vehicle. I insisted that I was buying a vehicle today, and nothing else in their inventory was close to my price point and insisted they make their fiasco right. They refused to do so. Horrible experience, and I feel they are a scam. I finally canceled my purchase and bought from another dealer locally. Then, they canceled buying my car that they were supposed to buy. So I had to redo that whole process. Then buying my car actually went okay, accept they significantly lowered the price they were supposed to have paid me. This company is a SCAM! More
Extremely poor administration, if you like chatbots and total lack of follow through or any follow up at all. This is the place for you. I was promised 9am but received a call at 8am to notify they were behind schedule. They brought the vehicle at 11 am - dirty and told me they didn't have time to detail it. When I test drove the vehicle, they were behind schedule. They brought the vehicle at 11 am - dirty and told me they didn't have time to detail it. When I test drove the vehicle, it vibrated heavily when braking. I was given $100 credit for the detail. I had to take it to a detailer ($130) and to a mechanic. I thought these cars were certified. I guess not. More
Buying was fantastic, delivery was on time (actually a little early). Delivery person was courteous and patient. There is an issue with the 150 point inspection; it obviously was not done. After I got the car I noticed the A/C was not working very well. I checked the cabin air filter and it was literally clogged (part of the 150 point inspection). Just for peace of mind I checked the engine air filter (another 150 point) and it was also very dirty. The key fobs were not programmed properly. Finally, the car had just been washed, not detailed. There were bug splats on the trunk, water spots on the glass as well as the rest of the car. The interior carpet was dirty. The door cards had drips from cleaner that had not been wiped off. Although Carvana is working to resolve my issues, I feel that if the car had been inspection as explained I would have spent the last 7 days enjoying my car instead of dealing with issues. More
