Application asked if vehicle is lien or leased , clearly stated Leased, was asked again through phone , text and email and again response leased. Spent endless hours trying to obtain and finally sent all documents supporting the lease. Finally a representative tells me all supporting documentation was received and verified. Then in same conversation was asked is this vehicle a lien or lease. 🤬 we have a two step program for leased vehicles, no one explained that to you. Horrible horrible customer service experience. I work with a global task force of over one hundred thousand people And I will surely allow others to know what they are in for with your poorly administered company.

Part of our process not only is guaranteeing that the cars have gone through the 150-point inspection to ensure it drives as close to new as possible, but we also detail every vehicle so that it looks as close to new as possible. In terms of the mechanical concerns you mentioned, all of our vehicles go through two separate inspections- our initial 150-point inspection and a second pre-delivery inspection prior to the delivery of the car. My wife bought an Elantra GT from you a couple of years ago and that car looked/drove like new. That was in stark contrast to the treatment I received on delivery (which also happened to be my birthday). My dealership detailed the vehicle for $130 and Silver Rock directed me to Pep Boys for the brakes. Pep Boys found that new pads were installed on deficient rotors, causing the vibrations. The only authorized repair was replacing the rotors. I requested the dark and dirty brake fluid be exchanged as well, but was declined. It is something I'll have to take car of.
