Never buy a car from here! I’m positive that these god reviews are fake. If you want to be xxxxxx around and have your time and money wasted so much so that it would make a grown adult cry like a newborn reviews are fake. I am out 5000 because of their mistakes, great a month I still don’t have my car and am paying my back for the loan already, and I doubt at this point the car is even in good condition. Absolute xxxx show. You canceled my delivery 3 times due to employees errors and made me feel like I was inconvenience for asking for a supervisor, which I sat on hold for 45 minutes waiting on Jeff from tr to employees errors and made me feel like I was inconvenience for asking for a supervisor, which I sat on hold for 45 minutes waiting on Jeff from transportation team and he never followed through. . Re signed my contract multiple times, sat on hold for up to 45 minutes each time(5) trying to resolve Carvana's mistakes. I spent over 2 hours in total on hold within 2 days and also with a virtual assistant. I sold my car to you with hopes I would get a better welcome mat when I purchased. Im extremely disappointed all around. My wife did all the foot work to fix your screw ups. And you fn ran my credit twice which i will be reporting. You also said my experian score was a 640 when in fact is at 680. I will be refinancing my vehicle very soon. And be sure to say your so sorry because all your employees use that to the best of their abilities every. single. time. What a joke... please review all the calls since you say there recorded and monitored and check my account chat and be prepared to see the lack of accountability. I love the car. Thats about all the positive your getting out of me. More

Everything was honest, quick and easy, the car works fine and I got what I expected - in fact, some of the 'dents, dings and imperfections' pictured on the site listing were no where near as much in person as it looked in the pictures, so exterior turned out to be even better than was I was expecting. The person who dropped off the car was also very nice, friendly and energetic, even gave me a free Trouble game and gift pack :) The only room for improvement I might suggest is that the interior cleaning could use a little more attention before bringing the car. I understand it's a used car so it wouldn't be perfect, but there were some areas that were just simply overlooked during the 'clean and sanitize' process (i.e the front driver/passenger sunshades had splotches and marks along the inside and mirrors, indicating they had not been folded down and checked, and there was some white paint(?), milk(?) something along the inside door well on the rear passenger side) - all stuff that was pretty obvious and could have been taken care of. However, after a good detailing, it's in tip-top shape so no real harm done. Overall, wonderful experience. I haven't had any problems or needed to interact with Carvana repair service, so I don't know about that end of the experience, but based on what's happened I've had so far, I have full confidence and would recommend Carvana to anyone. Very disappointed in the service aspect of this transaction. My delivery was delayed twice and no one could give me an explanation. Instead I was repeatedly told it was a logistics issue. Made me wonder if I was ever going to see my truck. I've been offered some compensation for this inconvenience; we'll see if I ever get it. At delivery, I was told I could get a Michigan State Park pass and an Army Veterans plate. I was very excited about this as it would mean I wouldn't have to hassle with the SOS office to have a replacement plate and registration done. Plate and registration came very quickly; nice. Regular plate, no state park pass. More

The Carvana description did not do it justice. I couldn't be any happier. They have a big fan, and a very thankful consumer in me. More
