Everything went perfectly and smoothly. My car arrived with an unexpected chip in the windshield , BUT the man who delivered my car IMMEDIATELY contacted silverrock and got my windshield fixed within 10 d with an unexpected chip in the windshield , BUT the man who delivered my car IMMEDIATELY contacted silverrock and got my windshield fixed within 10 days of my car arriving. Fantastic! I regret nothing with them. All i am waiting for now is my plates. Thank you carvana! More

This was the worst car buying experience of my life! Not only will I never look at cars through Carvana again, I will strongly recommend to my family and friends to stay away also. According to the listing only will I never look at cars through Carvana again, I will strongly recommend to my family and friends to stay away also. According to the listing the vehicle I was purchasing had a Diesel engine in it… what was delivered was a gas engine! And whoever the person was my wife spoke with “apologized for the inconvenience” offered her a $150 dollar gift voucher and was shocked when we told them we were NOT keeping the vehicle. More
