We bought a car from Carvana over a week ago. Process up to delivery of car is good but everything after this is just ridiculous. We live in Delaware so the delivery driver left us one FedEx envelope which to delivery of car is good but everything after this is just ridiculous. We live in Delaware so the delivery driver left us one FedEx envelope which had one DMV form for us to complete after we took the car for inspection to DMV . We took the form and the car to DMV for inspection next day mailed them the completed tittle form after inspection. A week later we got an email asking for more documents and wanting us to take the car yet again to DMV for emission inspection and asking for the same form we had already submitted and two other forms. Why the xxxx did they not put all the forms in that envelope the first time . They told us in the email they were sending the forms by FedEx and sent us a tracker . For a whole week all we see on the tracker in “ label created” and delivery date was June 28 and nothing arrived. . It’s becoming very frustrating and had we known the registration is going to turn out a nightmare we would have not allowed them to take the funds for registration as it would have been so simple for us to get the car registered ourselves. Their registration process failed badly and it’s put off from doing any more business with them in future. No one calls and speaks to you as they just want to text you in response whilst you sit there waiting for their nightmare registration process to unfold . Never again. More
I really liked the car searching and purchasing process. Taking the slimy car dealer out of the equation was liberating. Receiving emails threatening legal action less than a week after delivery AND when I haven't received paperwork yet was really annoying. More
