I had to go to the dealership, loosing another work day , to pick up personally. The 150 points another lie . The cars has stains on the seats that will never be gone , plus one seat belt that doesn’t work . I had to get my car to repair for bumper with holes, crack back light, and some dents More

The entire process of using Carvana to find my car was awesome! I had owned a 2014 vehicle that I loved and it was loaded. The brand had discontinued the type vehicle and I started looking for a 2019 or awesome! I had owned a 2014 vehicle that I loved and it was loaded. The brand had discontinued the type vehicle and I started looking for a 2019 or 2020 with the brand and type I had been so happy with. I looked online and ran across a 2019 model that I wanted with the same package that I had on my 2014 car. I began the process and from beginning to delivery and after, I was amazed. The Carvana folks were only too happy to assist me (computers not my strong point!) with any questions with courteous and helpful info, walking me through several steps! I loved the whole process and when my car was delivered, I think I shed a tear or two! More
