We received an offer for our vehicle June 16th. It is now July 1st and we still haven't been able to get an appointment set up for them to take the vehicle and pay us. They asked for pictures of the odometer, the registration, the owner's driver's license and the payoff information. All of that information was provided and they asked for 24 to 48 hours to verify it. The photos were uploaded June 17th and we're still waiting. Several text messages to Carvana customer service didn't get results even though they claimed to have checked into the delay and bumped us up to the front of the line. That didn't happen. They couldn't tell us why there was a delay or give us any information other than it would take 24 to 48 hours, blah, blah, blah. We got tired of waiting and the run around and sold the vehicle to Carmax the same day we got their offer. It couldn't have been easier. Carvana is a joke. More

I've had my car for a week and got it inspected, the car has no issues with it. The only thing I would say is that the car's interior could have been cleaned better. It's not fun to see someone else's hair in the door pockets and have sticky stuff in the cup holders. However, I reached out to carvana about this AS SOON as I received the car. They'll send me a gift card to take care of the detailing when I officially accept the car. I was hesitant at first buying a car this way, but it all turned out just fine. I would have given 5 stars if they tried to detail my car properly before sending it out. More
Overall it was a good experience. My only issue was that the car was delayed and not delivered on the date promised. It was delivered about 5 days later. Several issues with this purchase. It was delayed and the car has several cosmetic issue that were not listed on the website.
