This includes 1 list with buyer/seller paperwork. In parentheses I would add to each bullet if you are buying or if you are selling list. This would help the buyer/seller have all necessary documents at the ready to be loaded into the application. I spent hours funding info, taking pictures or scanning items. It was very stressful for myself. Please fix this one process and I thing Carvana would have a home run in the car business. It was great not having to drive around to dealerships to shop and wasting valuable time. More
Your customer service people are terrific, your back office support team not so much. You brag about the rigorous check system a car goes through before it is delivered. The car you delivered had a sickly very sweet smell. When the car was aired it revealed that the spray's purpose was to mask a heavy nicotine smell. The visors and interior roof were stained yellow. I was told to have it detailed, change the filters, and submit bills. That took almost the 1st 4 days of my 7 day trial. The 1st refund checks were $110 short. I am still waiting for the rest 3 months after initial receipt submission. The inside was not what I considered clean, with dirty rag swipes visible on all shiny surfaces. I requested my plates be transferred and was assured 3 times, after multiple information uploads to them, that it was in the system that way. My registration came with brand new license plates. I was told to register it again at Motor Vehicle. Motor Vehicle was closed due to Covid-19 and was open by appointment only, and only at certain locations, none close to me so I am unhappily living with new plates. Still it was something I would do again as the purchase itself was seamless. More
The whole process from start to finish was stressful. There were good things that happened, they missed the mark on the overall customer service. There was Missing items from the car, the Nissian First Aid Kit and the safety kit (getting a check for that, thank you). The online service is phenomenal. Next, I Found digs on the car that was not listed on the website, front left bumper. Perhaps the most stressful part of the whole purchase, the Philadelphia location did not charge my car before delivering the car. The Delivery driver, told me that the mechanics parked the car at the charging station, but didn’t plug it in. They offered to charge and deliver the car on Monday or Tuesday, that would mean that I would have to re sign the contracts. I wasn’t waiting anymore, I wasn’t driving at the time. I waited all week for this car, just didn’t under How they could fail at charging a car. Also, Would if i went to pick up the vehicle? There was only 9 miles of range. I live about 30 miles away! Why would you give a customer a car they just PURCHASED no gas or charge. I would’ve been stranded. This is my first electric car. Im trying to the do right thing in this beautiful world we live in, and reduce my carbon footprint. However, i was forced to get a tow to the nearest charging station; defeats the WHOLE purpose of getting an electric car... I was super stressed. I started to cry, because i was just not prepared for that. But i was able to get my NEW car charged. I love the car, i am still happy with the purchase. I just thought it was highly erroneous and unprofessional. From start to finish, the process was fair but it should have been Excellent. Please do better. I love the concept of the company. But for the future of your company. Hire more electric car PROFESSIONALs who KNOW or have BETTER products knowledge. Every one of your employees should have excellent product knowledge and if they don’t you need to train them better. More

I was left without a car for 3 days because of this. When I reached out to their advocates there was no remorse or attempt to solve. The day of the actual delivery, the delivery driver was late causing my work day to be interrupted because of Carvana again. Upon receiving the vehicle it was very apparent that it was not as described online. The car advertised had leather seats, the car that arrived had cloth. After expressing this to the delivery driver, he argued with me about it until I pulled up the add to show him. Afterwards, he let me know there was nothing he could do about it I would have to call in and could return the vehicle at the end of the 7 day trial period. That same day I noticed the windshield was cracked, the car was disgustingly filthy, it also did not have dual power seats as described. The last straw was when the gas door was also broken. It was supposed to be a push release and that mechanism was broken. When I called in again, the agent was so ridiculous about it I gave up on the entire company. Fearful they would try to pull even more nonsense I let them know they needed to pick up the car I was done with Carvana. They picked it up yesterday and I breathed a sigh of relief knowing I dont have to deal with them any longer. Its not worth the headache, dont use them. More

I have been told by multiple people that forms were sent when they were not, were not received when they were, and procedure were in place that actually were not. I often has to speak to multiple people about the same issue before any resolution occurred. They make buying a car very easy- up until you actually want to buy a car. Basically, never have a problem, their customer service is uninformed and unhelpful. More
