Carvana says we have been processing for over 60 days but yet in that time Carvana has withdrawn down payment and 2 monthly car payments NO issues resolved, I was told in my 7 day period that I would receive payment in 10 working days I guess we missed the mark on that as well. That's why I say BROKEN PROMISES polite but no follow through.

As I stated in my review, the lady I spoke with was pleasant, polite, and apologetic. As was the delivery driver. So they are not the problem. This vehicle was photographed and described perfectly. The damage was clearly done after we purchased the car but before it was delivered to us. What I don't understand is why, if you are truly saddened that you failed miserably, did you not try to make it right? Why did you not offer to help us find a comparable car that was not damaged? Why not offer us a $500 credit toward a different car? Why not do something to try and make it right? You can say you are sorry until you're blue in the face, but true customer service is making things right. When given the opportunity, you chose to do nothing. And because you chose to do nothing, I will tell every person I speak with about how poorly the company handled the situation. Many people knew we were going to pick up the car and were excited for us. Each person asks how we like the new car and we tell them the entire story. I want to spare them all from the mistake I made of trusting you.
