I had such an amazing experience buying a car from Carvana. The whole process was just SO EASY! I kept thinking it couldn't be this easy, could it? But it was! Total game changer for me. It was unnerving not being able to determine if all these folks were legitimate. I have purchased a car from Carvana and traded one in at the same time. It has been a terrible experience. Please learn from it and don’t repeat my mistake. This resulted in registration for trade in car being suspended and me facing fines and penalties. FOR THE CAR I DON’T OWN…. Carvana does. Representatives at Carvana assured me that they will transfer my old plates to the new vehicle but failed to do so. They just processed my car purchase as a new registration, while completely neglecting to do anything about car I traded in. They are now refusing to fix it, stating I must deal with it by going to the DMV myself. Not only do I get to partake in this “pleasurable activity”, current wait times are 1-2 months for an appointment, increasing penalties. Janette Jackson, ( “senior consumer advocate”) and every rep at Carvana I spoke to have admitted to this mistake and apologized but they are refusing to take responsibility and provide service that was promised. Truly a shame…. PLEASE STAY AWAY from them, it will only cost you time, aggravation, and money in fees and penalties when they overpromise, but underdeliver. More
So, I've been buying cars for over 30 years. Always from the dealership. I always though that was the only way to buy. Since my purchase from Carvana, I will never buy from a dealership again. Excellent customer service. Carvana even fixed a few things after a simple request. I enjoyed having my car a week to see if it was what I wanted. It was amazing. No pressure to keep and even kept informing me that my satisfaction was most important. I am going to purchase another vehicle in December. Guess who I will be going with? You got it. CARVANA all the way!!!!! More
Very bad experience with Carvana, at the beginning everything seem smooth, I picked a car I liked, I signed the contract submitted all the paperwork and then it was scheduled to be delivered, one day everything seem smooth, I picked a car I liked, I signed the contract submitted all the paperwork and then it was scheduled to be delivered, one day before the date, the ask to reschedule because a logisitic problem, second reschedule two weeks later one day before they send text to reschedule again, I call them to see what was going on and they said the car did not meet their expectations, to be honest this sounded very unsincere is more than likely their partner sold it, even when I had a contract with them, they ask me to look for other cars and I told them no, I did not wanted anything anymore, the experience may have been similar, so I decided to go to an agency and get the car I wanted, they just made me waste my time, never trying Carvana again. More
