This was my first time buying a car and Carvana made it so easy. There were a few minor issues with my choice of payment and with my delivery being delayed. I had to call in twice to speak to customer serv so easy. There were a few minor issues with my choice of payment and with my delivery being delayed. I had to call in twice to speak to customer service. Everybody was so nice and helpful and even called back to follow up when necessary. They were patient and stayed on the phone with me until my issues were resolved. The issues I had didn’t seem as bad with their help. The delivery was quick and awesome. I would recommend getting a car from Carvana to everyone buying a car. It’s such a great experience. More
2 months later, my vehicle is still not registered because carvana doesn’t have the title nor are they able to tell me when they might get it. The convenience of carvana is not worth the headache that because carvana doesn’t have the title nor are they able to tell me when they might get it. The convenience of carvana is not worth the headache that comes after. Will never use again. More

This was by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had. During the buying process, the rep gave misinformation regarding insurance for delivery dates which meant we had to push the delivery date back. had. During the buying process, the rep gave misinformation regarding insurance for delivery dates which meant we had to push the delivery date back. When the car was finally delivered, it only came with one working key fob. A month later, the water pump needed to be replaced. The repair shop said there was no way someone thoroughly inspected the car before it was sold because they would've noticed the water pump making noise. The fuel sensor and fuel pump need to be replaced and it has only been four months since I've had the car. I help take care of my mother and need to have a fully functional vehicle to take her to her doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, etc. Definitely was not a good experience from the beginning and it appeared Carvana does not want to take accountability for the repairs. It almost feels like they sold me a lemon. I spoke to several reps who say they will speak to their managers and have yet to get an actual answer. I asked for a supervisor to call me and am waiting to hear back. If they don't want to pay for the repairs then I want to return the car and will not be buying another one from Carvana if they do not rectify the issue. More
Took delivery of a car on 9/3. So far, not bad; the experience wasn't too terrible, and the car was exactly as advertised. It's the after that's the problem. I've had issues with car dealerships experience wasn't too terrible, and the car was exactly as advertised. It's the after that's the problem. I've had issues with car dealerships for ages mis-registering my vehicles in the wrong county. Normally, when dealing with non-criminal, competent dealerships, this isn't a problem, and at most requires an extra week or two on the temporary tags. Not Carvana! I thought to get ahead of the problem this time. First off, there's no email listed. Obvious sign of a scam outfit. So I had to get the customer service department to text me. almost 5 hours later, the CS rep is adamantly refusing to have the car registered in the county I live in, and has openly stated that they will not correct the information unless ordered by a court. So Carvana admitted in text to falsifying my car registration, intentionally and knowingly at this point, in hopes that the registration will be revoked after it's found to be falsified. Obviously, I've filed complaints with the FTC and the state AG's office. Before thinking the vending machine is cool and it'd be nice to not have to deal with some greasy sex offender to buy your next car remember, Carvana is still worse. It's not even worth it to get a car with a proper transmission, which no one sells these days. More
Such a great experience i am a truck driver and I want to move into working in carvana now. The delivery was easy and the person delivering the new car so so friendly and did nothing but smile. When I asked move into working in carvana now. The delivery was easy and the person delivering the new car so so friendly and did nothing but smile. When I asked what they thought about the job they said they loved it and I can really feel how honest that reply was. Planning to get my car(s) with only them. More
This has been the worst service I have ever received. I ordered a Tesla, they dropped off the car empty, so I couldn't test drive. Further, the car was dirty when they dropped it off because they said they ordered a Tesla, they dropped off the car empty, so I couldn't test drive. Further, the car was dirty when they dropped it off because they said they couldn't clean it since it was empty and one of the Tesla keys was damaged as well. Also the person dropping it off had no knowledge of the car whatsoever. I will not use Carvana again or recommend to friend or family. More
This review is a little complicated, because all-in-all the buying and trade-in experience with Carvana was a good one. The car we received was just as advertised and the transaction experience was a smoot the buying and trade-in experience with Carvana was a good one. The car we received was just as advertised and the transaction experience was a smooth and anxiety free. The car we received was, and still is, great. The problems with Carvana and Bridgecrest (their services) come after the transaction is complete. We moved from a state where lender's hold title and have been dealing with a living nightmare of getting a license plate in our new home state. Our new state requires you to get a new license plate within 30 days of arriving. How long does it take to get the title documentation from Carvana/Bridgecrest so that you can register your car? Why at least 8 weeks, and that's 8 weeks more after we waited 4 weeks from the original request for the documentation, so 12 weeks in total. That's an inconvenience, but we can't even get temporary plates because we're still waiting on a letter from Carvana/Bridgecrest stating we requested the records (that should show up in the next 7 business days!!!!). Carvana's customer service to get you into a car is amazing and first class, but beware those who make the mistake of financing through Carvana/Bridgecrest because you'll quickly realize that the customer service experience once you're an owner locked into a car goes from an A to an F. Tl;dr version of the review: buying a car through Carvana is a wonderful experience, but financing through them is a terrible choice that should be avoided whenever possible. More
