You cannot locate my account after 2 unsafe vehicles and days spent dealing with this? I don’t have time to wait hours to get fragmented canned responses by text and wait on hold just to get cut off. During the seven day period, I was told to take the vehicle in to get the repairs and the tires completed… Silver rock denied the claim because Carvana misrepresented. It doesn’t matter if you have a warranty when the warranty does not cover anything.
