I would’ve given Carvana 0 if I could’ve. I had to reschedule car delivery with Carvana four times. I lost money from taking off work for the delivery and I was told for a good faith gesture that Carv reschedule car delivery with Carvana four times. Carvana didn’t honor their word and please do not do any business with these peoples. Go elsewhere. More
The process has a lot of holes in its processed. We were originally going to get a jeep Cherokee, but they didn't have the title handy and whatever. Nobody got ahold of us, so we thought we were good. Come delivery date, i get out of work early and so did my wife, after 30 minutes, i decided to call to see where they were. They told us theres no one coming out cause no one finalized the order. So the guy i was talking to finalized it for us even after i gave him an earful. He remained respectful and very apologizetic. Afterwards i Apologized cause i realized him personally wasn't the reason why things got screwed up and thanked him for just being there to vent to. He scheduled the delivery the soonest he could, trying to squeeze us in the schedule. I confirmed with him only my wife had to be there since we're using her name to buy the vehicle. He said yes. So the morning of the new delivery, my wife was informed that i do in fact need to be there and me presigning the title wasn't a thing and needed me to sign their paperwork since both of our names were on the trade in. Then when the delivery chick got there, she didn't have the tools to remove the license plate i wanted to transfer to the new vehicle. So im out my veteran plate. More
Incredible Customer Service experience! All three people I talked to were very kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. My questions were always answered honestly and promptly. I have spent too over 1/2 of my day on the phone, dealing with different people. Not a problem??? Oh huge problem, nobody has a clue what the others have done or are doing. Then they tell you that you can pay the down payment on day of delivery. That is only good if you live inside their designated hub area. Then they expect a third party to have the money to them in 48 hours, yet they can’t process everything for 2-4 days. Then the delivery time is 5-15 days from your process being approved. Do not buy from this company as they do not hold themselves to the same standards that they hold their buyers to. Waste of time. I could have walked into a dealership, found the car, processed the loan, and drove it home in the time I have wasted on the phone. No hassle, that is a joke. More
well - i purchased a vehicle, promised three delivery dates - they got my money 9 days ago (my credit union overnighted them the cashiers check), I still have no car - try calling them - three times, on dates - they got my money 9 days ago (my credit union overnighted them the cashiers check), I still have no car - try calling them - three times, on hold for over 30 minutes each time, only to be disconnected - this is the worst experience ever - and Carvana, stop telling people to call you if you keep them on hold for 30 minutes, then disconnect - unacceptable - YOU should be calling me - after the last call - I was on hold for 45 minutes, then get some illiterates' voice mail - "I'm unavailable, leave me a message" what the heck! I hate Carvana and would NEVER recommend them EVER. you need to call me! More

I have to start with Justin was amazing when he delivered my car he was kind and informative. He also left me his work cell number so if I had any questions I could reach out. I did have a questions and he got back to me right away and with just the information I needed. Thank you Justin. When I got the car it was clean and looking good. However the inspection must not have been a full one because my cruise control does not work, as well as the recall would have been nice if were done prior to me getting my car. Now I have to take the car in to get it fixed in two different shops to get this done. I work 6 days a week an hour from my home with only Sunday off and getting time off from work is nearly impossible. More
This was the worst online experience EVER! For such a large, expensive purchase-- the reps were not knowledgeable of their own process and procedures. In addition to a three-day delay, there was constan large, expensive purchase-- the reps were not knowledgeable of their own process and procedures. In addition to a three-day delay, there was constant misinformation on this entire transaction. I am still in the process of getting the title situation squared away. The FEDEX app with the title doc was sent out late-- but when it was returned on 9/13/21 to the registration department in Tempe; no acknowledgement of receipt; so another doc with the wrong vehicle was sent out. It is 9/16/21; and I still do not know what the status of the title application is. Suffice it to say, I will never, ever use Carvana again, and I have at least 3 or 4 more vehicles to purchase. I much rather go to a real dealership than to deal with this organization-- EVER!!! More
