Absolutely horrific experience. I reserved a car over 10 weeks ago and cannot get any answers. Their 'Advocates' are useless. They can provide no information as to where the car is or why there is a delay weeks ago and cannot get any answers. Their 'Advocates' are useless. There are some pros and cons to dealing with carvana. I think on balance I would repeat the experience given the circumstances. The price was fair given the economic conditions. Finding, selecting, and purchasing the vehicle was a simple and straightforward process. The rates they offered were good. The digitization of the process made it very convenient overall. My primary complaint is the wall to effective communications. Finding a number to call is rather difficult. E-mails are no reply, and the process really wants to funnel you into the chat which you will find comes with associates that are very limited in what they can do. This is not uncommon these days for companies to make reaching human help complicated. This is relevant because the condition in which I received the vehicle. Overall, the car was nice. However, three body panels have dents in it which were not disclosed. Fortunately I was able to note them on delivery and we are getting those taken care of. The vehicle also had an empty coolant reservoir which I did not spot until the following day, and a near empty power steering reservoir. One of the panels that was "reconditioned", was done so very poorly the paint job is clearly bottom dollar. I have noticed a few more issues along the way both mechanical and cosmetic. On one hand, yes you can return the vehicle in seven days. However, there is something to be said about receiving the vehicle in the condition that it is advertised. Furthermore, I relied on the 50 point inspection to be accurate and reliable. It is not difficult to open the hood and see the empty coolant reservoir. Which brings into question the rest of the inspection. I waited over a month for this vehicle to become available, and in that time passed up other deals. So simply returning the vehicle does not put me back at square one. In dealing with some of these things, you're not left with many options. You cannot just call someone. So what does this mean overall. I got the car I wanted, overall it is fine, most of the issues I will address on my own. I would purchase this vehicle again. Should the used car market have been different, my opinion on that may change. If you find a car you like, I would not dissuade you from moving forward. However, I would caution you to educate yourself on inspecting a vehicle. Keep a copy of the vehicle description, as it becomes unavailable once you make the purchase. On delivery, make sure you allot a good amount of time to comprehensively looking over the vehicle, and pointing out to the representative all the inconsistencies and additional defects you spot as they will be able to take pictures for you. I was hesitant at first, and read some poor reviews, but was pleasantly surprised to find the process and the support to be excellent overall. The delivery was just a half hour later than scheduled, but the was pleasantly surprised to find the process and the support to be excellent overall. The delivery was just a half hour later than scheduled, but the driver notified me beforehand. All support people were friendly and helpful, and the car was very clean and in great condition. Still waiting on the title and registration, which they say is now delayed due to Covid. We'll see how long it takes. Thank you- More

I've never bought a car before, so I was kinda worried going in to this whole process, but with Carvana everything was so easy.
