The 'Pre-Order' Inventory shows all the vehicles that we currently have that are still going through that 150 point inspection and process of ensuring the car is top quality. Once the vehicle has gone through the inspection, reconditioning, and photography stages, you will receive an email that your exclusive preview is ready. You will receive email updates as it moves through the process, and you can also view what stage it is in when you are logged into your account and on the vehicle page. The timeframe can vary depending on the vehicle and its particular reconditioning needs. We are committed ​​​​to getting you into a vehicle that meets our inspection standards. It has shown no change in almost 3 months. I have received NO emails since the 2nd week. I don't want to look for anther car.. i want the one i reserved 10 weeks ago. No one will give me answers. That phone number and online chat feature are both useless.. they tell me nothing other than 'its in the inspection process'. It does not take 10 weeks to inspect a car.
