I called in to check the status of my documents. The guy on the phone was SUPER helpful and seemed almost as excited as I was about me getting a new car! Also, the two people that dropped off my vehicle, I on the phone was SUPER helpful and seemed almost as excited as I was about me getting a new car! Everything went well with our experience. The only issue we have had is that the car we bought was heavily smoked in and that was not shared with us.
