The entire process was simple and speedy! First time user of any online car sales. After my last (horrible) experience at a dealership, I was looking for a better way to buy a car. My entire experience of purchasing was horrible. Poor communication up front, poor communication for delivery, very very poor handling of confirming my wire transfer, my delivery was delayed due to horri communication up front, poor communication for delivery, very very poor handling of confirming my wire transfer, my delivery was delayed due to horrible communication and poor customer service. I purchased in later July, it is not Nov 3rd and I have expired temporary plates, no title and no answers to when I will receive either another temporary plate or title. I tried to contact customer service and asked that they contact me regarding my title and I have not hear a peep, not a text, not an e-mail. Nothing. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle through carvana. More
I started a purchase with Carvana on August 18. The vehicle delivery date was changed to a later date 5 times. I came to find out it was due to carvana losing the keys. At this point my son was late for college so I chose another vehicle. That vehicle was pushed once and then when it did arrive the tailgate wouldn’t shut, underneath rusted and a system failure light on the dash. So my son takes my car to college. I chose to swap the vehicle which on the scheduled delivery day surprise a text an hour before pushing it to the following week. Now mind you I missed work for each and every one of these deliveries that were changed. On the next delivery date no car…one of the employees at the hub was nice enough to drive to another state to get my vehicle and they gave it to me with a gift basket the next day. I was very appreciative of that. But now here we go again. Carvana messed up the retail purchase agreement so now it will be 50-70 days until they can submit my registration not 7 days as they say. Now I Uber and can not until I receive a plate. Now it will be months if I’m lucky. All I get is I’m sorry nothing else. Any compensation that was promised went with the specific vehicle…the one they lost the keys, the one with the system failure but because I changed the vehicle due to fault of Carvana I got nothing but excuses and apologies. I will NEVER buy a car from these people again and the sad part s this was my 4th purchase. After this one and how much time and money it cost and we are still having issues. Ridiculous More
