Overall I am very pleased. There were a few bumps, like delays, and maybe a deceiving pic or two, contact info confusion.....but I did buy a used vehicle and I wasn't expecting perfection. The buying process (initially) could not have gone better. Simply picked out a car and it showed up in a few days. Also I have been requested to upload the same document several times and in different stages of the process. Would be great if there was a simple/single document center that was accessible throughout the entire process. All in all, way better than the traditional 8+ hours at a dealership, but not as smooth as I hoped. More
The only negative comment is my cars delivery time was cancelled twice after I had already sold my car. I have never written a review. I wont even said a bad meal bad in a restaurant. But I just had to post about my experience with Carvana. It has been the absolute worst. It really couldn't be any more disappointing. 93 days and I still do not have a registration or tags. I call once per week, and am told something different each time. Most of the time they tell me they are going to call me back, and never do. I put $3,500 down, and have made 3 payments of $613, and still cannot receive tags and registration. Please do not use Carvana. More
I loved the experience and I love my new car! The process was easy and every interaction I had was positive!! Their advocates are knowledgeable and very kind.
