I would refer but I really have been disappointed in my car issues with breaks, key fob and paint issue. We thought purchasing a car through Carvana would be an easy option. At first it seemed like we made a good choice, however 2 days prior to our delivery date, all of a sudden our online dashboard changed f easy option. At first it seemed like we made a good choice, however 2 days prior to our delivery date, all of a sudden our online dashboard changed from "vehicle being shipped" to "purchase not complete". We immediately called, the Carvana employee had informed us there was an error on Carvana's part and that our new car will not be arriving by its initial confirmed delivery date. We were told that a manger from Carvana would be in contact with us within 48 hours to try to rectify the situation. The car got delivered 4 days later than our initial confirmed delivery date , we have had the car for two weeks and have still not heard from a manager from Carvana. Would not recommend any friends or family to go through the "New way to buy a car". The only positive experience we have had was with the delivery driver, Anthony, who actually delivered the car. He was very kind and professional and we enjoyed dealing with him. More

Amazing staff! Very friendly and helpful. Carvana is a great process from start to finish. The car is great and they gave us a great price for our trade in. It has been 11 days since we traded cars. They have already paid off our trade-in and are working on the registration. There are some minor problems with the car, but they are easily fixed. Heating element is out on the passenger back seat and the drivers side door leather wasn't attached in one spot. We have already fixed the door and are working on the heating element. Great buy. We can fix minor problems on our own, instead of dealing with awful car dealerships. More
