Reserving car and getting necessary paperwork and financing was easy. Delivery was a disaster, delayed 4 times due to a tires issue, took almost 4 weeks to get and my car was undriveable. Made for very stressful time getting to work and all. Once car was delivered 2 front tires brand new, rear so bad car shouldn’t have been sold w such worn tires. Called and complained, had to leave car w contracted Carvana repair who said yes rear tires were indeed awful but the new tires were the wrong tire speed for car. All was fixed at no cost. All but one customer service person was helpful but they didn’t get back to you when they promised they would except 1 person. Delivery person great as well as their contracted repair person. Love the car- the delivery issue for a tire was unacceptable and it was wrong anyhow. Waiting to see if there will be any financial compensation for having to rent an auto during the wait More
