Twice they asked me to come in and prepared a check in the wrong name, a Royal screw up, TWICE! I am in the process of selling my car to Carvana. Twice they asked me to come in and prepared a check in the wrong name, a completely different name than mine. How hard is it to write the do data entry for check to reflect the name of the person on the title? Thank God I asked for the check payment rather than ACH transfer. Imagine if I had signed off my title to them and then sis electronics transfer to a different person's account. Beware of their accounting depaeent's screw-ups and only ask for a paper check if selling to Carvana. More

2 out of the 3 cars were not up to standards listed online. Swap process was time consuming and over complicated. We really enjoyed the entire car buying experience. When we were getting the loan one of their agents stayed on the line with us for over an hour! She was very sweet and personable. When we arrived at the c we were getting the loan one of their agents stayed on the line with us for over an hour! She was very sweet and personable. When we arrived at the car vending machine we were welcomed and quickly assisted by Tony. He made the whole process of getting our new vehicle a breeze! Would definitely consider Carvana again especially working with these two great employees! More
