Upon my car being delivered we noticed that it was in need of an alignment. We mentioned it to the delivery driver who said he was going to make note of it and push it through so that the warranty compan need of an alignment. After 3 days of not hearing from anyone I called silver rock myself and they stated that nothing was ever sent to them in regard to the car needing an alignment. I have since taken the car in for an alignment and paid out of my own pocket. The mechanic said the alignment was so off that he doesn’t understand how Carvana allegedly does a 155 point inspection and missed that. More

The process was really quick and easy. The actual pick up of the vehicle was kind of a let down. We were told the vending machine was broken at the Frisco location so the car was driven around front. Being a of the vehicle was kind of a let down. We were told the vending machine was broken at the Frisco location so the car was driven around front. Being a 6:00 appointment it was dark so it was difficult to get a good look at the car. While our Carvana rep did ask if we had any questions we really didn’t know what to ask and were kind of left to figure out things on our own, again in the dark. My daughter loves the car so alls well that ends well. Harmony helped me with the purchase of the vehicle and was really the bright spot of the experience. More
I would actually give the experience 4.5 stars. The vehicle is awesome. My wife and I love it! The delivery was the best part of the transaction (i wish I got the driver's name) and my wife was thr vehicle is awesome. My wife and I love it! At times, it seemed like the staff didn't talk to one another. Overall, good experience and I would recommended a vehicle to family and friends. More
I had already pre-ordered a car, put a deposit down, and the trade-in value came back at $27k. I called Carvana to ask if I could get someone to look at it and see if we can increase the trade value and th the trade-in value came back at $27k. I called Carvana to ask if I could get someone to look at it and see if we can increase the trade value and they said "no, all trade values are final" So I went to about 5 dealerships which all gave me $36,000 for the trade. Rip-off, they are trying to take advantage! More
