Having shopped my local area (las Vegas) and Southern Cal for a 2014 MB E350 I became dismayed with the dealer add on pricing to beef up the profit. Selection was minimal in what I was looking for so it was take or leave it. I took the chance of viewing their selection and pricing and the rest is history. What they offer with the 7 day satisfaction period plus 90 day warranty is unmatched. More

Bought my car on 6/1/21, today is 12/25/21, and I still don't have the title. We have spent hours and hours on the phone with Carvana. They tell me they don't have the the title to the car they sold me. Th don't have the title. We have spent hours and hours on the phone with Carvana. They tell me they don't have the the title to the car they sold me. This is illegal in the state of Texas. I hope they lose their dealer license. Save yourself the frustration, and don't buy from Carvana. More
Before ultimately going with Carvana, I had stopped by a local dealership to see what they had… it was an awful experience. They spent a good amount of time telling what what I can’t afford vs what I could local dealership to see what they had… it was an awful experience. They spent a good amount of time telling what what I can’t afford vs what I could afford which seemed like a very negative way of going about it. The sales person I was with, had a Ford Fiesta as their personal car and kept trying to push that on me. She kept talking up the one they had on the lot I finally said I’d test drive it just so I could leave. She went to get the key just to find out the key was lost and they had no way to get in it. They needed to contact the dealership to get a new one. A complete waste of my time. Sensing she was losing me, she talked me into test driving another small car I had no interest in and I waited another 25 mins for them to bring the car around. Apparently it had belonged to a smoker. We go to the first red light and the car stalled out. It stalled twice more on the way back. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The I tried Carvana. Thank God I did! It was so easy, so relaxed, I don’t think I’ll ever buy another car the old way again. It was easy, the transaction laid out in a simple non confusing way, everyone was awesome. Thanks so much!!! More
Dilevery was ok. Until I tried to get the registration my son has 35 years experience in it but had difficulty uploading the necessary information. After i paid cash for the car there were still problems with communication with carvana. I called 2 times & didn't get the problems resolved. I still dont have my plates or registration. I would not reccomend buying a car through carvana. Their instructions say one thing but you will need to do something else to get the warranty work done. Literature said take it to a mechanic but not so as you have to get their approved provider. More
