This is not the experience you see on TV. Here are the pitfalls. 1. Delivery date -The date you select is just an idea. We were bumped the morning of the delivery and told to reschedule. I kept checking the schedule and cut it down to 2 days but that was luck. 2. The pre-listing inspection checklist was in my glovebox. The inspector recommended changing all 4 tires as the tread was at the minimum. No dice - the original tires were on the car. Had to buy 4 new tires within 30 days! Brakes will be next - again noted as borderline on the inspection. 3. Registration process - Terrible. On 12/28 I was informed my registration was complete and my tags were on the way. That is what it said. Further, if I did not receive my tags by 1/21 I was to call in. By the way, the Temporary Operating Permit expired on 1/11. Called after 1/21. Was informed my registration was changed to a Title Only registration. Was told they would enter a ticket to find out what could be done. Called back on Tuesday. Was told all GA registrations were Title only. I could not find that anywhere on the website. Spent 2 hours going to the tag office, waiting in line and driving back to the office. 4. 2 Key fobs included like it said in the listing. Only problem is the batteries came needing replacement. I guess no one noticed that. The good. 1. The car is great - but that is because the manufacturer built a great car. 2. The price was competitve. Overall - I think I will work with a local dealer. While car dealers may all be thieves, when you stand in their office they will solve your problem. Calling customer service is not as rewarding. More

The absolute worst experience ever. Customer service is terrible no follow up waited almost 3 weeks for a car to be delivered and for the car to end up smoking car been in the dealership since purchase bee terrible no follow up waited almost 3 weeks for a car to be delivered and for the car to end up smoking car been in the dealership since purchase been given very little follow up no Assitance very rude customer rep just the worst experience I would never ever recommend carvana to anyone they sell you a car and then stop communicating with you know direction know ownership to help assist everyone I speaks to just tries to pass me to someone else promise me a call back never hear nothing always having to call myself . This was the best purchasing experience ever from beginning to end! Great selection of cars to choose from and great pricing. Like they say, there are no HIDDEN fees. They don't try to push extras on beginning to end! Great selection of cars to choose from and great pricing. Like they say, there are no HIDDEN fees. They don't try to push extras onto you that you don't need, like the salesmen at regular dealership's do! No harassing phone calls or spam, and they register the vehicle for you too. They're gap insurance option is reasonably affordable too! They walk you through the whole process. When they delivered my car, Sharon was great at explaining everything I was signing. She went over the 7 day & 100 day carvana warranty and had all info in a folder in case I needed to refer back to it. Best part was I did this purchase all from the comfort of my home, all online and through text. I highly recommend Carvana to everyone! More

Made buying a hard to find used vehicle much easier. Had to have transported from NY to TX but wasn't overly costly and I knew about the cost up front.
