I have called your service number multiple times and spoken to a variety of representatives. All of our interactions were cordial; however, the only way they addressed my concerns were to say they were sorry but there is nothing we can do but go to the tag office and get the tag. There is really nothing else you can do at this point. I have taken care of it.
