Worst car buying experience save yourself a whole lot of time, frustration and go to your local dealership. They sell cars that have not been inspected despite their claims that they are. And when you try to have the issue resolved they will drag their feet in the hope that the 7 day return period will elapse so they don't have to do anything and can say you had seven days to return the car if you were not happy with it. This was one of the fastest ways to buy a car, ever! We sold our car to Carvana and received more than we owed which was amazing and helped us out so much. There were some things we didn't like after we pi sold our car to Carvana and received more than we owed which was amazing and helped us out so much. There were some things we didn't like after we picked up our new vehicle though. 1. NONE of the fluids where filled. We didn't realize this until a couple of days later. We had to go out and buy new fluids to top off everything. Usually dealerships fill everything up before handing off. Maybe Carvana does not? I'm not sure. 2. There are a few things that where not shown as defects on the documents. (stains in the inside, no working passenger lights and a popped out rear bumper.) 3. We did find the car "inspection checklist" in our glovebox and it said that the break pads needed to be replaced and honestly it looks like they haven't been changed. We did pick up our vehicle at 7 pm. It was dark and super cold in OKC. We should have looked better but we had full confidence this would be a flawless experience. We wish certain things were not over looked by both Carvana and us. The only thing we did see right off the bat and did bring up before driving off with the vehicle was the bumper which was annotated and is in the process of being fixed. All in all, will we use Carvana again? More than likely. Will we recommend them? Yes. Buuuuuut, we will be more vigilant and not pick up our car at night again. More
