I see the same generic response on all frustrated reviews, and I am still awaiting a callback, now for the third consecutive "24-48 hour window" that has been unfulfilled previously. I have no desire to wait on hold for the upteenth time only to have a nice albeit inept advocate say they're going to put a note on my account for a callback.
