Buying a car on Carvana was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The two disappointing things were. They didn't deliver in my area and I didn't get to put my coin in and watch the car come experience I've ever had. The two disappointing things were. They didn't deliver in my area and I didn't get to put my coin in and watch the car come down the tower. It was not working. This is why I rated it a four star instead of five. The staff was great. I spent about an hour there and I was on my way with my new car. Thanks Carvana! More

I will never by car another way. Best experience ever! When my first car I bought from Carvana was totaled, I came back. They worked with the insurance and kept the Jeep I wanted o Best experience ever! When my first car I bought from Carvana was totaled, I came back. They worked with the insurance and kept the Jeep I wanted on hold for me for over two weeks, knowing it was the insurance company snail mailing everything. I love my new car! Additionally, the have taken car of the windshield that was chipped as the vehicle was being delivered. No questions was asked, it was taken care of. Thank you Carvana for making the worst experience with the worse insurance company (Elephant), and making such a positive out of. Cant thank Carvana the most! More

Worst experience ever. After signing all documents electronically, got things notarized, and sending a cashier's check, my husband (co-buyer and whose name is on the cashi After signing all documents electronically, got things notarized, and sending a cashier's check, my husband (co-buyer and whose name is on the cashier's check) drove 6 hours to meet the driver to pick up the car only to be told I was supposed to be there as well! Never were we told we BOTH had to be there. To top it all off, we have been trying to get our money back for almost 2 weeks! Every time I call (which is every day), I get a different excuse. It has gotten nowhere. I get promises that my calls will be returned, only to never have anyone call me back. Every time I call, I'm waiting for over 30 minutes only to have some excuse as to why our money isn't returned yet. Your policy says 3-5 days...it's been almost 2 weeks! I keep being told it will be taken care of, only to have nothing done. We have no choice but to take legal action. We want our money back! More

easy to purchase with this company, certainly wont be returning to a dealership in person for next purchase. the 7daymoney back satisfaction guarantee is legit. anything i found with the car when i got i returning to a dealership in person for next purchase. the 7daymoney back satisfaction guarantee is legit. anything i found with the car when i got it was dealt with immediately with no cost out of my pocket and while my car was in the shop they were courteous enough to extend my 7days to get the full time with the vehicle. excellent customer service with decent selection for my budget. 10/10 would recommend More
